Sunday dinner came again and I decided to finally make something out of my Modernist at Home cookbook. I lacked proper appliances before but with the addition of my sous vide, I can make a majority of recipes now. I decided to go with Salmon. I also made a wild rice and mushroom soup to pair with it. That turned out better than I could've imagined. Probably cause it was packed with umami.
The salmon turned out amazing tender. It was hard to get out of the bags because it kept wanting to fall apart. Definitely worth a go if you get the chance to make it sound vide.
