Tuesday Tip: Train Early.
When you work 9-5 or have a busy schedule it can be hard to fit in training.
I often get up and go. I’ve done an FTP test at 6.30am ( not really recommended tbh) and done various rides outside and at the gym before the sun comes up. The earliest being a 4am 45mile ride when I wanted to fit in a 100mile ride on a school day.
Going early means you don’t have to go after work when you’re often tired and can’t really be bothered. Just make sure you try to get to bed early the night before.
I prefer getting up to ride more than getting up to go to work anyway, it’s a nicer start to my day and makes me happy right from the beginning.
