DO YOU WANT BIGGER ARMS?
I feel like every guy starts out in the gym by doing chest and arms, Because that’s the muscles they wanted to develop at the time for going down the beach. When I first started I would have a separate arm day and I would train them nearly 2 hours! 3 times a week, as I started getting more advanced I started neglecting my arms because I wanted bigger legs, or a heavier bench and they became one of my lagging body parts. So I started to train them every day or every other day in between sets and I feel like that has contributed to a lot of my arm growth, the early bro days and the hypertrophy in between sets.
HERE ARE MY TOP 5 TIPS FOR BIGGER ARMS.
1) train them frequently 4+times a week
2) get a full contraction on each rep, the bicep is fully flexed when the tricep is relaxed and the tricep is fully flexed when the bicep is relaxed, full range and extension of the arms
3) The tricep is the largest muscle in your arm! Favour your tricep more than your biceps, triceps are the key to bigger arms people!
4) Hammer curls will help you build a better bicep peak as they primarily target the Biceps Brachii
5) overhead tricep exercises will help you build a thicker wider arm because it targets more of the long head of the tricep.

15k cold run with hubs @jln.df today (-2 C “feels like -7”) but I stayed warm and cozy in my jacket and fuzzy mitts 😂💜 My headphones on the other hand did not like the cold and shut off around 8k 😐🤪 ... so the last push was not fun 😬😬😬 We were 1 minute faster than last week but not a PR. Do these weird exercises to help keep your shoulder safe, mobile and pain free by giving yourself better internal rotation. 🤸🏻♂️ Also great for helping shoulder rehab.
1️⃣ Sleeper Hold: Lying on your side with your underside shoulder tucked back and under your body. Your elbow is positioned about 80 degrees from your body. Push your palm toward the ground with a light pressure.
2️⃣ Behind the Back Internal Rotation Stretch: Put the back of one hand on the side middle back. Push the back of your elbow against something solid and rotate your torso toward your elbow.
3️⃣ Crouching Internal Rotation Stretch: Put the backs of both hands against your back. Bring your elbows forward in front of you as much as possible. Crouch down or sit down and lean over. Push the insides of your knees against the outside of your elbows to enhance your internal rotation. Push your upper back toward the ceiling.
All stretches should be held for at least 40 seconds. Enhanced internal rotation is shown to decrease pain scores in the shoulder. Double tap for healthy shoulders and rotator cuffs YAY 👻
