Having patience with yourself first above all will help you have patience and understanding of the people and the world around you.
A lot of times when things are out of control and we lose patience we forget to see the clear picture of what might actually be happening.
Having patience and knowing that thought things are going bananas at the present time doesn’t mean they will stay this way. Being a mother is a process of learning and discovering.
This takes time and patience.
When you feel defeated and lost take a step back and start to think with a calm and patient head this would help you see the situation clearly and would help you find better solutions.
Just cheesin’ around 😋🧀 Thoroughly enjoyed eating and drinking my way through Atlantic City this weekend. I may or may not have spent four hours at the all you can eat and drink brunch yesterday 🤔😂 #bottomlessmimosasanyone I have to say though, I remember coming down for the weekend last year and eating turkey breast and lettuce on the drive down trying to “save” as many macros as possible since I knew I would be drinking later and then forcing myself to run at least 6 miles the next day to burn off some of the extra calories. Ugh. I’m glad I’m past that point 🙈 I went for a run this weekend because I wanted to and I knew it would feel good to get at least a little exercise. I took a rest day yesterday because I wanted to. I ate lobster Mac and cheese and a peanut butter crepe and pretzels and cheese and it was all fabulous and worth it because at the end of the day these were only three days away of the whole month and I’m right back to my grind and normal meal plan today.
