Usually I use Sundays to check in with myself after a hard week of training, work, uni study and eating. Look in the mirror and see your hard work paying off.

Advice from a friend of mine over the weekend, get a book and track EVERYTHING. Write your training, eating, sleeping, how you're feeling down; was it good, bad, extra good, extra bad. You'll start seeing patterns and learning about how your body does well in certain conditions. Eg with 'x' amount of sleep, with certain foods, certain types of training, certain people that might be around you. Might seem like a lot of admin but the things you will learn about yourself 👌🏼💕 Priceless
