If you are bored of the same old grains you normally eat, such as traditional oat or rice? Why not try ancient grains?! Today I decided to focus my diet on ancient grains. So my lunch was a sweet meal packed with fresh fruits.

Sunday lunch I put together out of my last minute meal prep on Friday. A base of @organicgirl 50/50 mixed greens, ground turkey I sautéed with @primalkitchenfoods classic marinade, @traderjoes carrots spirals, and steamed Brussel sprouts sautéed with a little garlic salt. Topped off with a large dollop of @kitehillfoods chive almond cream cheese. Nutritious, filling, and super simple to pull together because it was all prepped. I was grumbling about meal prepping on Friday, but it’s always worth the investment!
