HOLY MOTHER OF GOD... this morning’s Glutes and Quads workout by @bodiesbyrachel@racheljdillon was a killer. But then I make it to this post workout meal@and it makes everything worth it... I am loving this 6 week Booty Program, and I couldn’t recommend it more to anyone 👌🙌🍑 I will definitely be signing on for the next round 💁♀️ #buildabooty
🔥🔥BOSU BURN 🔥🔥 these two clips were taken after I had already did a lot of upper body movements in the first workout of my day (this was during the second cuz I live in the gym, seriously they should provide me with a nap pod). Form ain’t perf on these but pretty sure there’s no such thing as the form police 😇
1️⃣Shoulder taps with feet on the bosu ball upside down
2️⃣Wide bosu push ups (not so enjoyable when you’ve done almost 100 push-ups that day)
I love these two moves not only for my upper body but it keeps my core super engaged and just adds more of a challenge - clearly all about that life 😂💪🏽
Leg day was a killllla today for sure!
Like I said in my post a couple days ago, I created all new workouts for myself for the next 6 weeks so the main goal for leg day is to growww these glutess!!
From losing almost 30 pounds I’ve also lost a lot of muscle(this just naturally happens! Very hard to avoid!)
So now as I’m still trying to get rid of stubborn fat, is time to push myself a little harder in the gym with the weights! ————————————————————————

Day 9/80 Today I wasn't feeling my best physically so I was debating whether if I should even workout. Since I'm a coach, I love being on track with the ladies in my fitness challenges so I can relate to them and the workouts they did for the day. I'm so happy today was booty day which means slow and controlled booty burning moves. I felt like I could do that so I did and I'm so glad I didn't skip a day.
Not all workouts need to be fast paced. Not all workouts need to be all about lifting heavy to get a great workout in. Using the bands have taught me that slow and controlled can definitely give you a great workout and a crazy burn haha
So if what has been stopping you from doing one of my fitness challenges is that you're not strong enough? Or maybe you won't be able to keep up? YOUR WRONG.
I know and believe that YOU CAN start and I can recommend you something that meets you where you are❤️
