Ended my back day with this circuit AKA the circuit of death ☠️ literally.. I was dying
I completed the circuit 5 times with a 2 minute rest in between. I love incorporating circuit training because it keeps you moving and gets your heart rate up, while breaking a nice sweat 💦

Week 4 Day 1 - full body
45 seconds each exercise // 15 seconds break in between exercises // 2 rounds through
• Reverse Lunges (weighted or not weighted)
• Heels to Hands
• Tricep Dips
• Glute Bridge Hold + Chest Press
• Step Ups (switching legs back and forth / weighted or not weighted)
