So I'm kinda obsessed with building the peach #bootybuilder finding exercises that work the booty and not the quads can be tough, since I'm 5 ft 3 inches I need all the height I can get and if I build my legs out too much, it will make me look shorter and thicker (just a preference I have for myself and what I want my body to look like aka look good in clothes, not just workout clothes)
These 3 videos show isolated glute exercises to lift and build the booty and not put weight on the quads.
Circut #1 - repeat 3 times
🔹️Decline squats 15 reps adding weight each set (3rd video and puts all the weight on the booty)
🔹️Curtsy lunge with ××× Heavy band holding 30 lb kettle bell. (Lean back when you do any lunge if you want to take weight off quads, 1st video)
🔹️Jump rope 100 reps
Circut #2 repeat 3 times
🔹️Weighted bridge on bench with ××× heavy band and 25 lb plate 25 or until burnout (need to flim this one).
🔹️Side leg raises with ××× heavy band and 25 lb plate do 15 reps (2nd video)
🔹️Jump squats on and off a bench, 30 reps. (Filmed this just the other day if you want to go find the video)
I will typically do 4 different circuts and then a good burnout like the sled if I have anything left in me to give😂
