I don't reserve many workouts for only arms anymore, but sometimes it's nice to just break them down with a concentrated, all-out session!
Whether you're trying to build your arms, or simply tone up the back side, #tricep pressdowns are a great, easy way to start! I use the first few reps to really find the right angle and get that full, fluid range of motion while maintaining constant tension. (So use a weight you can handle) Then a little #dropset of about 25-30% for another #burnout of +10 reps.
*Flex it out to really drain the last set.💪

Intra workout is a great time to increase your carb intake where they have a smaller chance of being stored in fat cells. This is going to allow you to have more energy and greater pumps during your workout!
Something a bit different from today’s training, shoulder press drop set from 65kg to 5kg a side, not going to lie the first weight was a lot heavier than I anticipated, enjoyed this as a finisher from today’s “pump up push” session.
With regards to yesterday’s post “angry” was the wrong word to use in hindsight so apologies for that and thank you to everyone who asked if I’m ok!
