Before any marathon or ultra I have my turbo shake in the morning. I use CR7 and LIFTOFF and PROLONG and sometimes a little bit of THERMO TEA LOL. After the first drink is REBUILD ENDURANCE.
I've used all these products since November 2016 and have found that my running has massively improved: - 5 k prior to product was 26.22 now it's 22.38. - 10k was 58.34 now 47.22.
- Half marathon was 1.58 now 1.44.
- Marathon was 5.10 now 3.45. - 100 mile endurance run was 30 hours
now I completed the Thames path 100 mile ultra in 24.56.

I’m thinking about training for a marathon...or maybe a half marathon. A full marathon sounds pretty boring 😅😅 I’ll look into doing a 10k for now and then find a half marathon to run after that. 🤔
