Follower challenge! This was huge for me. No calorie counting. No looking up the menu beforehand to appease the uncertainty. Ate everything in front of me. There was oil and cream and high calorie foods like nuts and seeds! And I just let myself behave like I would've pre-ed. I also was eating with others. I still struggle eating with other people around me, especially in work contexts. This time last year I pretended to be sick to get out of the situation. I was genuinely that overwhelmed and stressed about it. Plus the fact that I actually was hangover and sick from last night so I could have used that as an excuse to restrict but I didn't buy into that bullshit!!
