I’ve been craving falafels for a minute so I decided to make some myself tonight. I loosely followed a recipe on Pinterest and they turned out pretty good! I added them to a pita with romaine, cucumbers, tomatoes, homemade tzatziki, and red onions

But I'm excited to be able to read the board at school and see the roads to drive home at night lol. It's like I'm looking at a whole new world where nothing is blurry 😍. Somehow I thought bad eyesight wasn't gonna affect me. Like I was special and nothing bad could ever happen to me. Oh is that WRONG. I don't know why I thought that, but it was foolish and now I feel stupid. But at least I can see now so that's a plus!
PACKAGING TYPO 😫
It recently came to our attention that a batch of our packaging has a typo on the instructions 😩 besides being seriously embarrassing it’s causing some confusion on preparation of delicious cakes (and thus limiting the making of gains) something we can’t let happen 😤
Here’s the correct instructions with some visual help from his holiness @thepancakegod - 🍶 Step 1: Combine 1/2 cup of liquid (milk, almond milk, soy milk or water) with 1 cup of *mix (this was the typo, the 300 bags say “milk”😅)- 🥚 Step 2: (optional) Add 1 whole egg and/or 1 tsp of butter or margarine for added moisture - 🥣 Step 3: Mix ingredients, and add liquid, until desire consistency is met - 🍴Cooking: Heat pan or griddle to medium/high heat then pour batter on surface and flip when bubbles arise (30-60 seconds on each side)- 🍽🥞 Add your favorite toppings and serve! 🍌🍓🍯🥜🌰 -
