I love using this 40" ledge for hand balancing. Working through odd angles with L sits and presses. These can be scaled down or up depending on your skill level and works the entire effective range of the shoulder.

A straight bar path is the only bar path! At the hips, Luke is popping the bar out, this can be for various reasons but one major issue is how much he is not shrugging the shoulders and guiding the bar as high as he can with his elbows above the bar, to fix this, an MDF stick can be used to put emphasis on a "scarecrow" position with triple extension.
