Thanks to everyone who gave me some much needed advice about my trip vs. exam studying debate. 💙 I decided to stay home. 🏡 I felt kind of sad this morning when I realized I could have been waking up in my happy place, Florida. 🌞 But my exam is in 4 days and I decided to spend my time making mechanism flash cards and doing practice problems. 📚These cards took me about 10 hours to make between today and yesterday. 😱I spent all that time looking over my lecture notes meticulously to make sure I understand evvvvvverythjng. I hope the struggle pays off! 🌈 #organic#orgo#premed#organicchemistry#study#boston#student#harvard#mcat#flashcards#studygram#studyspo

A small flashcard regarding rule of three
I had been feeling very negative lately and completely demotivated to do anything including studying, lettering, painting or for that matter any damn thing. I got trapped in the viscious cycle of not being productive followed by guilt and it went so on and so forth for a lot of days.
I then decided to get done with small small things which I had been delaying to get myself into the 'working zone' and that's what led me to feel a little better. This made me realize that it's all in your head and only you can help yourself to do anything because in that head space nobody else can step in.
So guys a small motivation tip:
Don't avoid everything in life but to get done with small chores of life , it can be anything not compulsorily studying but any household work like decluttering your work space or I suggest, just flip through the pages of your notebook.
Gradually you will get into the work zone and your mind into the 'to get done with things mode' and that's when you achieve productivity 😊
