Truth: I wasn’t even gonna post this cause, let’s face it, that faaaace on the right is something ELSE! 🤣🤣🤣 Not sure what I was thinking or doing this morning when I took these week 1 progress pics! 🙊
Just a slight difference in the midsection in one week and I find that encouraging! I didn’t expect to drop 10 lbs all at once 😜
Couple things from week 1:
➡️ I am most proud of pushing myself the entire length of workouts. I am used to and prefer 30 mins vs. an 40 mins-1 hour, and I learned that I could do one more set, one more round, 10 more mins or more.
➡️ I made a few mistakes on my new plan I learned through them and planned and prepped ahead for week 2 (it was also faster to do this time!) and I’m motivated to stick to it!
➡️ My body is more tired than I’m used to as the workouts are more intense and it requires a consistent sleep schedule
➡️ I am having SO much with the 20+ ladies (& gents) doing this program with me! It definitely makes it easier when you’ve got a crew of peeps cheering you on and with whom you can share progress and struggles!
With that said, here’s to Week 2!
C O M M I T M E N T: Everyone wants and expects it. But most fail to be committed to themselves first. When you make that commitment to yourself, and you show up for yourself daily... everything changes. Do you for you — above everything.
