Good night lovelies 🌈 for dinner I had 4 slices of walnut bread with spread, pumpkin salad, 2 carrots and a cucumber.
Then for dessert I had the last of the cherries and a half a whole watermelon.
Day 1 of making an effort to up things was hard.
I am not feeling good about myself right now. And how my tummy feels, and looks. Feeling very full so extremely bad about myself, my body.
I think I maybe have a distorted image of my body in my mind, but who knows. I'll maybe post more on that tomorrow.
What matters is I am going to not compensate for eating more than usual today tomorrow.
I am so terrified at the moment, but I can't stop I've got to keep this up. I want recovery, I want to be healthy. I want to RUN.
Hopefully X-ray results will come back soon too.
GOOD NIGHT EVERYONE, sleep well. - Everyone except my ED of course. And FYI I'm not sorry ED, you have made these last 6 months hell on earth, you've taken away my running, and you've taken away my happiness. BUT I AM DONE. I am calling bullshit on it all. And I am going to do whatever I can to block out your voice.
See you all in the morning 🌺
Just wanted to give you a really quick and easy recipe of my beloved dinner. For some of you it is probably a breakfast 🥞 but I think you can just eat it whenever you crave it 😅
For the recipe I use -50 g of oats -around 10g of vegan vanilla protein powder (you leave it away if you don’t like it) -100 g of curd -100 ml almond milk 🥛/vanilla milk 🥛 whatever -water (as much as you like/need to have the perfect consistency) -cinnamon -Frozen fruits 🍇 (I always use any kind of frozen berries and banana 🍌 and omg guys the taste of banana in a porridge is AMAZING 🎊) So you just put all the ingredients together in a bowl 🍲 and put it in the microwave for around 3-4 minutes. Make sure to always check it in between because we don’t want your porridge to explode.
Take it out of the microwave and THERE YOU GO ✨
