Kind of trying to figure out how to add videos and edit music into them on an iPhone 😅 nevertheless, I figured I’d update! Almost done with my first program back in that’s been primarily focused on mass gain. Ready to get a little more definition and a lot less fat on me 😂 I weight about 225lbs right now and it’s messing with my head because I haven’t been able to check progress with a dexa machine. It’s been all about how I FEEL. I’ve grown so much this year at such a great cost, but I’m thankful for what I’ve learned, whatever reasons I may need these lessons for, I’m thankful. Smooth seas don’t make skilled sailors. Where am I going with my fitness endeavors? All around. Strength, size, endurance, functionality... and I want to be able to look like I can kick your ass if I needed to. Gym time is me time and I’m learning SO much about me and how strong I really am. When I’m working out, the rest of the world doesn’t matter and I’m in control for once. I found my reason to work out, finally, after so many years of just short term goals, weight goals, and aimlessly going from program to program. I found my patience, determination, independence, and understanding for myself #atthebar ... call my passion an obsession if you want, but I know where I’m going and I’m going to get there and keep going. Dedicate yourself to yourself and fitness bleeds into every other part of you in the best possible way. You ARE strong, capable, and success is waiting for you just as soon as you decide you’re worth the work. You know what they say... the harder you work, the luckier you get! So get to it!
