Make your goals so big people try to put you down over them, or try to break you down to stop you. Then after you squash that goal, find a much bigger one. No one can stop me, can they stop you?

What ppl dont realise and before they run around flapping their mouths about what i do , they dont understand why i do it .
FITNESS is my LIFE . It has grown into my everyday living, has me dreaming of what i WILL become. You must believe you will be for your brain recognizes it must do the effort. There is no shame in believing u are a champ , bc in reality you already are , your progressing forward while others aren't , u are radiating positivity and changing others lives without knowing. So before u judge ask yourself " who are you to judge others good deeds in life "?
