Ranulf Ironfang, Claws of Grimnar Wolf Guard Pack Leader almost finished! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ With over four centuries of war under his belt, Ranulf has seen it all, done it all, and killed most of it to boot. His crackling Frost Blade has tasted the blood of thousands, but his greatest foe —and the one that almost finished him— was the Chaos Champion known as Voidheart. The Traitor took Ranulf’s eye, though the old Wolf Guard lopped off his foe’s arm in trade. Voidheart is still out there somewhere, and Ironfang swears there will be a reckoning.
Cost shouldn’t be a deterrent for healthy living. You either pay for it now or later, with some sort of sickness. If you know where to shop, you can buy in bulk and stock up.
Ways to save: 1. Check out your store’s weekly specials. If you shop at one of the bigger chains, check out their website for their circular. Sometimes you can find special coupons. Also,@costco is life.
2. Buy in bulk and freeze. You can freeze fresh fruits by washing/drying them, prepping them by chopping them into bite-sized pieces, and putting them on a cookie sheet to “flash freeze.” After 30 minutes to an hour, take them out of the freezer and put them in freezer bags.
3. Get dry goods online.Almond flour, protein powder, vitamins, and other dry goods can be found MUCH cheaper online. Comparison shop! Oh hey @amazon will also give you cheaper options if you set up a recurring order.
4. Organic frozen veggies can be a great option. Tons of studies have been done and the nutrition is comparable (if not better) than fresh … because they’re picked at the height of ripeness and immediately frozen, they retain a lot more nutrients than produce that has been sitting around.
