Pretty easy session compared to the previous 13, in fact it’s the first one I haven’t been ko’d on the floor afterwards, so that was a pleasant change, although it did leave the shoulders burning 🔥
Unfortunately the ski-erg stopped working half way through, but I knew that two strokes roughly equalled 1 calorie so went by that in order to complete.
