Cheguei em casa varaaada de fome hoje. Acabei demorando bem mais que o previsto no hospital e completei 16h em jejum (não intencional 🙈) 😓😓 não deu pra treinar agora aí resolvi almoçar mais cedo. Aí tem alcatra,mix de folhas, cenoura, tomatinho e guacamole 😋agora que tô bem alimentada já posso ir ao shopping encontrar minha amiga sem cair na tentação de black friday de batata frita que os lugares tao fazendo hahaha não vai ter golpe por hoje!! #desafioPP C.R
My pumpkin chocolate chip muffin experiment was a hit! I️🎃🍪😋❤️I️ have to say even I️ impressed myself with how moist & yummy these turned out! 😍🙌🏻Although I️ may start off with a recipe I️ never wind up following it completely & then just start to whim it & add ingredients along the way until I️ like the flavor & consistency of it. 👩🏻🍳❤️My family loved these on Thanksgiving 🦃 & I️ couldn’t keep their hands off of them! 🙌🏻😝
Ingredients: Pumpkin purée, almond pumpkin milk, Vanilla pea protein, eggs, mixed butter from Trader Joe’s, pumpkin butter from Trader Joe’s, pumpkin spice, cinnamon, coconut flour, banana.
