Well it’s been way too long since the last time I posted on here. Plenty of things changed, post show I just went off the walls as far as diet and training goes and so 5 months later I’m BACK! For some odd reason I prefer being on a nutrition plan rather than eating all the shit food I want so I decided to hop on the Keto train. So I’ve currently been on the ketogenic diet for almost a month and I love it, don’t get it twisted I have had a cheat meal or two so I don’t go bat shit crazy but so far the results are insane, my body reacts great to it and I’m gaining strength and burning excess fat so easily! Annnnnyways.. here’s a little deadlift sesh for the few followers that still remember me 😂 keep in mind I haven’t done any deads AT ALL since last May so my form is a little off 🤦🏼♂️ I plan on posting more frequently but probably more videos on training and nutrition rather than a personal fitness page like before. I’ll be testing out video edits and what not just to show more content so we’ll see how it goes! 🤬🤬🤬
