We take on individual athletes looking for sports coverage at events and we also take on contracts for photographic work including team photos, marketing photo shoots, sports events, and other photography related needs for your athletics.
GYM INTIMIDATION 🧐
Since it’s that time of year where most people decide to go back to the gym or embark on a new fitness journey..this is often what holds people back! Ever feel like people are staring at you or thinking you’re doing something wrong🧐? Well if your answer is YES we have ALL been there!! It doesn’t last forever I promise. I promise you it’s all in your head..don’t fall victim to negative thoughts. If you ever catch people looking at you don’t take offense or question what they’re thinking they probably just have nothing else to look at and they daze 😅 (I do this all the time and it’s not intentional lol I just don’t like staring at the floor when I train). When you go to the gym you’re there to focus on becoming a better version of yourself 💪🏼 ALSO making sure you have a plan to follow is key so you know what you’re gonna do/how to do it! (You can find my 8week plan linked in my bio💪🏼❤️). So just keep focusing on that and having an awesome gym playlist helps 🤗
