Dato che sicuro me la chiederete, ecco la ricetta:
• 20g di farina di avena della prozis
• 5g di cacao magro
• 5g di proteine in polvere gusto cioccolato
• 200g di albume
• 80g di polpa di mela
• 1 cucch.ino di lievito per dolci
Mescolate tutti gli ingredienti e versate in un padellino (14 cm di diametro). Cuocete per 15 minuti a fuoco basso, coperto, girate e completate la cottura per altre 5 minuti. Una volta raffreddato farcite con 150g di yogurt greco
We all have our own personal goals. Mine certainly isn’t to just loose 3-5 pounds in 3 days then stop. Mine is to shed some fat and get fit. When I reach my goal I might even weigh around the same or more then what I did, as muscle weighs more then fat. But I’m still very happy with my 3 day Herbalife result. Again , I’m not extremely over weight, I already was eating very healthy and working out moderately, so I wasn’t expecting I’d shed as much as someone with more access weight to loose. Anyways as promised to loose 3-5 pounds in three days Herbalife delivered. I went from 121 to 117.6. So just a little over 3 pounds. Nothing crazy about a pound a day.
To me a pound a day is pretty awesome and absolutely a healthy amount.
So my personal experience the first three days. I can honestly say I have been more energetic in general. I have not touched one cup of coffee. I normally drink multiple. I didn’t give up coffee on purpose my body just never told me I needed it. Also I was honestly taking in more calories then I was trying to loose weight in the weeks prior. My shakes kept me satisfied longer then the shakes I was making previously sometimes I’d even have to remind myself to eat my snack in between my breakfast shake and my lunch shake and my lunch shake and dinner, And I was still able to eat the same yummy and healthy dinners that we typically already were eating during the week.
FYI I didn’t kill myself at the gym, I did two 30 elliptical sessions in the three days. That is actually less then my normal sessions at the gym.
On Monday I will be getting more accurate measurements, and a more detailed “before” body profile so I can truly compare my over all results in my personal goal.
