FINALLY MADE SOME FOOD 🥘 (if you saw in my story I had to wait cause we had the boiler man over) this is all I’m eating for lunch 😍 (minus the fibre one bar- they were on sale co-op FYI) I have been counting my macros for the last week or so and I never realised how LITTLE I used to eat! I’m currently eating 1700cals and I struggle to reach this even though this is me eating in a deficit 🙈 gonna stick to these macros for a while until I’ve got to the weight I want and then see what happens from there! Right now time to edit as your girl needs to get her video up tonight ;)

Focus on strength goals recently and it’s working well in my favour, making it my goal to PR on all of my lifts, progressively overloading. It’s hard to realise if you’re progressing when you’re in a gaining phase, all you see is the scale going up, unlike leaning down where you notice more muscle definition. Fat loss will soon be my solo goal. I am very happy with the way that my improvement season has gone and super excited to see what changes I’ve made underneath this fluff 😇
