3 years ago this month I started a Journey to create the best version of myself and my health. While I did lose 120lbs in the first 7 months, I transformed so much more and gained my life back! The last 2 years I have "maintained" that loss of 120lbs, but I am ready to ELEVATE my health in 2018! 3 years ago, this top picture would have elated me with excitement. Now current reality shows me that my journey is far from over and there is still a lot of work to transform! I'm ready for muscle! To lean up more, become stronger, have better endurance, lower my BMI to run faster with less pressure on my knees, and to break some PR's in 2018! This year I will rise above and Transcend my health even further!

#2018day17 Those that know me well, know two things! I’m super impatient and I hate water 😂 yes I’m one of those people that thinks all water has a taste and most of them don’t taste good. Really the only one that I like is Fiji water but I refuse to spend that much on a bottle of water, so water was not something I would drink a lot of. But I’m trying to be healthier, and in doing so drinking this bottle at least 3 times a day. I’ve been doing this for roughly 17 days and I haven’t seen any improvements 😂 isn’t water supposed to do glorious things for people?
