- punhado de folhas e talos de espinafre
- 1 colher de semente de girassol germinada
- 1 colher de semente de linhaça hidratada
- suco de 1/2 limão - pedacinho de gengibre
Adicionei água filtrada e bati tudo no liquidificador até não restarem mais pedaços, coei com voal, depois adicionei:
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 xícara de abacaxi
- 5g de glutamina @vitafornutrientes
Bati novamente até ficar homogêneo 🌱

Over a period of about 20 years I've moved further and further onto a plant-based diet. I always loved animals and when I finally woke up to the connection between animals and meat I gave it up, but gradually. First red meat, then chicken, then fish. Then about 15 years later, I realised the dairy industry was just as horrific as the meat industry - just nobody realises. I gave up eating all animal products including cheese, which I found the hardest of them all! I looked into slaughter free (baby males not slaughtered and cows/chickens not slaughtered after milking/laying time period) cheese and eggs, and found company's that sell it - #ahimsamilk and #goodfoodnation . But within the last 5 years the choice of good vegan cheeses has rocketed and I don't feel the need to buy the real thing anymore. I still crave eggs occasionally and would like Sunny to try them, but they have to be slaughter free. I can't wait to rescue some battery hens one day and keep them as pets, and when I do I'll eat their eggs (if they're happy for me to!) Do you have pet chickens? If you'd be interested in selling me some eggs one day I'd love to buy some. Would also love any tips and advice on keeping pet chickens!
