Getting comfortable in abundance may often retard ones need to "get up and get it" because that change, that job, those six figures, that dream life will not be handed to you by anyone (even if it is hardwork gives results value) so you have to leave, Leave your comfort zone and hustle.

☕🥗 I get asked often what a day typically consists of when it comes to my meals. So here you go! Share, repost, or tag for anyone who needs some helpful information! 💕🌹
What I eat in a day:
Typically I do not eat until after 12 or 1pm. I usually do not wake up hungry. I only eat when I am hungry. So for brunch I almost always have eggs with either some roasted veggies made the night before or a small portion of fresh fruit 🍓
For a snack I might have a protein bar, 'Oh Snap!' or 'Quest' are my favorites! If I do have a protein bar I make sure it's under 200 calories. For the macros the protein has to be more than the carbohydrates.
More snacks I like to have is 1-2 oz of either almonds or mixed nuts or an apple cut up into thin slices with 1 tbsp of cashew butter 🤗
Lunch is usually either more eggs with veggies, a yogurt bowl with Quinoa now and some fruit. Or if I am out I always have a chicken or steak salad with no dressing 🥗
I usually do not snack in the evenings, as I still feel satisfied from the day 😉
For dinner I usually have some kind of lean meat roasted (chicken breast, chicken cutlet, ground turkey, salmon, fish) with either cauliflower rice or more roasted veggies 💕
Throughout the day I drink alot of coffee. I use truvia and jordan skinny syrups to sweeten. As a cream I either use almond milk or heavy whipping cream. ☕ I also drink various herbal teas and about 2 liters of water with organic lemon juice 🍋
I try not to stick to the same things everyday, so it varies. I kept my calories under 1200. But as of now i'm trying to fit in 1500 so I can maintain my weight. For seasonings I always use Ms. Dash seasonings, coconut oil, olive oil, or ghee. I also use either kosher salt or sea salt 🤗
