Monday in a nutshell. I’m charging all the iThings (see the charging cable, literally attached to my iPhone?) and I took my coffee back to bed because today might be a very long day. I will be willing positivity from the Universe for the Peadymobile because it is having engine troubles and it’s our one and only vehicle. Appointment made to have it checked over. Good news would be best. Okay, Monday. Let’s do this!
Another #motivationmonday , this time from a SOLDIERFIT Black Hat! Check out her amazing #transformation and story:
Holy moly...honestly, it took me awhile to find pics from 2 years ago because I would just delete them. But after some digging, I’m so glad I found them to remind myself just how far I’ve come. If you’re ever in a slump or doubting your progress, remember how far you’ve come from the moment you decided to make a change and then KEEP GOING. I’m nowhere near where I want to be, but I’m so proud of where I’m at and can’t wait to get even better, and continuously help others around me be better versions of themselves. 20 pounds down from the first 2 pics in a little over 2 years. A few setbacks (injuries, colds, etc.) slowed me down but I did not stop and I’ve never felt better or stronger. 👏🏽💪🏽 #KeepGoing#DontGiveUp#StayStrong
P.S: I gotta give a shout out to my amazing gym, SF HQ (all locations lol) for providing me with a place that really is #MoreThanAWorkout . I have found my forever family in fellow cadre and 'troops' that encourage me every single day and allows me the opportunity to help others that are on their own journey as well. Thank you for everything you are and everything you do <3
Mondays can be hard on a healthy lifestyle... but only if we choose for them to be. A few tips on making a Monday worth waking up to: •Make a beautiful healthy breakfast. My favorite Monday morning pass time. Is taking the time to make a healthy metabolism boosting breakfast. You can do this by adding some citrus fruits together, good grains and your favorite vitamin packed beverage. • Meal PREP! A lot of us try to meal prep on Sunday to be fully prepared for the week. Personally, I cherish my Sundays to spend with my family and smokin hot hubby so I don't like to hide away prepping and thinking of what's going on for the week. After breakfast Monday morning I start my meal prep so my mind is in full motion for what's going on! (If you come to the end of the week and haven't eaten all your preps, throw it all in a salad for Saturday night dinner!) •Get up and Get active! This is a good option if you're slow cooking protein in the morning. I'm a huge multitasker so as soon as that chicken in is the crock pot, my furbaby and I are out the door for our morning run! My metabolism is already booted up from breakfast and I still have a ton of fat stored from the night before. This is prime time to go and do some fat blasting sprints! • Be gorgeous! I am a total bum if I don't look the part. So after I grab a shower (in my case long hot bubble bath), I'm sure to put on some comfy cute yoga pants, sneakers and cute sports bra. The hair gets done and the makeup goes on! You can't be a queen unless you feel like one. Hoping you're on your way to loving Mondays. ❤ #motivationmonday#monday#morning#shread#breakfast#prep#meals#healthyliving#workoutmeals#preppingformonday
#motivationmonday so this is my motivation Monday! Hardly an inspiring photo on the surface but this is what motives me on this gloomy Monday morning in Wales.
Lieing by the pool with a bikini on showing off those hot dog legs 🌭🌭 Nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels!... Well for me it's not about being "skinny" but it's about feel confident in my body; stretch marks, wobbly bits and all! It's about jumping on an inflatable unicorn and showing your 4 year old daughter that mammy is wearing a bikini like her, having fun in the pool like her and not caring what others may not like about my body! This is what's important to me!
