Starting the week like: Ready, Set, Go! Here are a few fitness tips to remember as you go:
1. Be SELF indulgent: never miss the chance to move your body! (Park and walk, take stairs, jump rope during your fav show)! 2. Keep Away from Sugar and afternoon Caffeine (that can affect appetite later on in day)! 3. Use the Buddy System (someone who can make you accountable - like US @bloom_or_bust)

5. Pack your gym bag & put in car!

9. Chew food (eat every 3 hours if you don’t do intermittent fasting)! 10. Get sleep!!! (Journal, read, meditate, take a bath) whatever you must to RELAX. Stress can make you fat.
