Back to the basics ❤️💛💚💙💜 The last few weeks I have caught myself thinking I have been eating enough of the right foods.
I re-evaluated how I was feeling; and I was bloated, lacked energy, and haven't been making as much progress with my fitness goals because of it!
Do you feel bloated often? Catch yourself wanting a nap or sluggish? Are you reaching your goals as fast as you like?
I pulled out these bad boys to make my omelette today and realized I only cut up 1/2 of what I should be eating, so I doubled up ✌🏼!!! It's INSANE how our results are 80% from nutrition, and that's something I was completely lacking when I went to the gym. What nutritional guide are you following?
I watched 👀 what I ate, but daaaaaang it was no where ENOUGH the amount my body needed to function and change (this girl wanted muscles 💪🏻)!! ✨Nothing changes, unless you change something✨

Weird, I made brunch again 🙄🙃. This post is mostly about trying these “veggie tots” I keep seeing posted in some air fryer recipes. I have nothing against potatoes, hash browns are my favourite. But when I think of brunches that I like to order out..it’s a giant skillet loaded with cheese and hash browns, a little bit of eggs, and then I top it all with a cup of ketchup. So this is just the brunch I made at home where I didn’t use any ketchup to choke down the eggs and I thoroughly enjoyed it 💁♀️🥚🍳. Typical 2-egg omelet and I cooked up one piece of turkey bacon and cut (okay I ripped apart) to add into the omelet as well as some of the fajita veggies from last night. I also added 1/2 slice of a Jalapeño velveeta. Then topped with my current favourite salsa. The tots I put in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes at 380. They were pretty good, however kind of sweet (hence the sweet potato??). I know there are just cauliflower tots that maybe I’ll try. Or maybe I’ll just stick to potatoes haha. 6 of those veggie tots were 150 calories and there is a little bit of sugar in them. But I didn’t dip them in ketchup like I would normal tots? So this is a toss up! Worth a try but not sure I’ll be a veggie-tot regular
