My routine was;
1. 1300m ergo
2. 20kg kettlebell swing 30reps
3. Bosu side jumps 30reps
4. 6kg Vipr lunges and uppercuts 30reps
5. 1300m ergo row
6. 20kg kettlebell clean and press 30reps
7. Bosu lunges 60reps
8. 3kg 2m side to side shuffle 30reps
9. Equilizer back row 30reps
Total time I did was 19:02 minutes
And I got 1st place at the club for today. Been a tough month for me as I have to recover from an achilles injury. Felt like postponing the test at first. But I went through it and prevailed. Tough times dont last But tough people do. Develop a strong mind set and you can overcome anything.
