I haven’t meal prepped for a while because I’ve been ‘too busy’... with a huge week ahead I realized that’s exactly WHY I needed to prepare some healthy food. Removing some of the choices around my food by having preplanned and prepares meals helps me feel a little more in control and helps me get closer to achieving my goals 🙌🏻
