200g oats (100g blitzed to flour)
3tbsp coconut oil
3tbsp almond butter
100ml maple syrup
1tbsp coconut sugar
40g cashew nuts, chopped
40g pecans, chopped
20g cranberries, chopped
Mix all the dry. Mix all the wet and bring to the boil on the hob, stirring until smooth. Mix to combine and press into a lined baking tin. Cook for 10mins, remove and cool completely.
