QOTD: How many books did you read in 2017?
AOTD: 45! 🖤Giving you guys a little more information about myself as well as an awkward picture from an ever so slightly different angle than the previous one!🖤 🌻• I have read a total of 6 of Shakespeare's plays (Hamlet, Romeo & Juliet, Twelfth Night, As You Like It, Othello, A Midsummer Night's Dream)
🌻• I read the majority of classic novels that I have read, between 7th and 9th grade (Oliver Twist, A Tale Of Two Cities, Little Women, David Copperfield, A Christmas Carol, Treasure Island, Kidnapped, Pride & Prejudice, Emma, Jane Eyre)
🌻• Romance is favourite genre, ever! BUT it I dont want it to be the absolute focus of the story, there should always be something else driving the plot forward as well!
🌻• If I'm very much into a story, I can read about 100 pages per hour!
🌻• Abridged versions of books annoy me to no end.
🌻• I hate cheesy taglines and people's faces on book covers. Especially badly edited stock photos!
🌻• I wish more Historical Romance novels were made into movies, not just YA.
🌻• Perfect by Judith McNaught is my favourite book of all time.
🌻• 95% of the time, I hate "celebrity romance" novels because of how impossibly detached from reality they are.
🌻 There are about 70-80 lesser known novels that I read between 2011-2014 in ebook format that I cannot for the life of me, remember the titles or the authors of becauase I never cared to mark them on Goodreads.
