I'm so delighted to be in the kitchen this week with @marinadelreyfoods creating holiday dishes with their easy peel wild caught shrimp. Here’s an easy tip for defrosting: Throw the bag into a sink of cold water, and in 15 minutes you are ready to go! Wait till you see where we wind up with these shrimp. The most delicious afternoon pick-me-up 😉☕️😍. I'm loving the taste and smell of the new Organic cold brew at Trader Joe's--- usually love it over ice on the go-- but today I heated it up (I know, defeats the purpose of cold brew lol), added some almond milk, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and of course--my new obsession--the coco whip 😍☕️🙌🏼
EGGNOG energy bites!😁☺️ •
Recipe: mix 1 cup oats, 1/4 cup coconut flour, 2 scoops @vitalproteins collagen peptides, 1/4 cup peanut butter, 1/4 cup honey, 1 tablespoon maca powder, pinch of cinnamon, pinch of nutmeg, and 1/4 cup @califiafarms almond milk eggnog in a bowl. Put in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. If the mixture is too dry to roll into balls, add more eggnog almond milk. This should make 16 bites. Store in the fridge for up to a week!
