Uncomfortable emotions are simply trapped anxieties from the past that we have yet to release. Or, they are products of a present we are not quite clear on yet. What choices do we make? What’s the best course of action to take? Which path most easily leads to the feeling of peace inside, despite the triggers of every day life? How can we quiet the inner critic for five minutes? We’ve all heard that voice of self doubt. Now it’s time to clear it out.
Lose what needs to be lost. Like the words you keep using that turn in to the reality you aren’t wanting. Instead of speaking and focusing on what you don’t want to be happening, take one step forward in to a better state of being within meditation. For your future self’s sake, stop telling yourself that you can’t meditate, and come TRY IT. Maybe it’s the solution to everything, this reentering into the soul space of intuition.
