In this Therapeutic Yoga offering places an emphasis on women's health and offers practices and techniques to help align oneself with the natural rhythmic forces of our bodies, the environment, and the Universe.
Our Universe, planet, ecosystems, human bodies, and the systems inside of our bodies are all naturally compatible members of a rhythmic network. It's time to "re-member" these rhythms in order to once again tap into Nature - Source's "alignment" solution for ideal function and flow.
Beginners are welcome, this practice is appropriate for ALL LEVELS, WOMEN ONLY. *** YOGA FOR TRAUMA WITH TRE®
In this Therapeutic Yoga class you will experience a blend of Hatha Yoga, trauma & tension releasing exercises (TRE®), and self-induced therapeutic tremoring (SITT®); all techniques proven to help in releasing excess stress and tension from within the body. The class will conclude with a guided relaxation to ease the mind, body, and spirit from the effects of trauma, pain and suffering. *** YOGA FOR KIDS (2 age groups)
In this Kids Yoga series children will learn how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will improve strength, flexibility, and coordination as they learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, yoga games, and basic anatomy. *** HATHA & RESTORATIVE YOGA FOR DEPRESSION
In this Therapeutic Yoga class you will experience a blend of Hatha & Restorative Yoga practices to empower your mind, body, & spirit. The class will conclude with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, an ancient practice proven to ease the effects of depression and relieve suffering. *** RESTORATIVE & GENTLE YOGA FOR ANXIETY
In this Therapeutic Yoga class you will experience a blend of Restorative, Gentle and Yoga Nidra practices proven to help ease the mind, body, and spirit from the effects of tension and stress and to alleviate the symptoms of anxiety.

We must free ourself from our parents if we want to be our true self!
During childhood, our beliefs and patterns are created and these will be playing out in our health, wealth and relationships today!
When we want to heal our childhood we tend to look for major events of abuse, trauma, shock and emotional upsets, whilst these are significantly powerful to heal, they may not be the core issue.
You may of had a great relationship, and still do with your parents but a one off incident, a throw away comment or just witnessing and learning behaviour from our parents can leave an imprint that changes our whole life direction!
As children we are dependent on our parents, from both ends of the spectrum of healthy and unhealthy households we can be raised into meeting our parents expectations creating both positive and negative belief systems.
