We all know I take it very seriously when interstate friends come to visit, planning ambitious weekend itineraries that show off Sydney like it’s a 2 million dollar engagement ring (ahem, Paris Hilton). But, with Bel breaking a decade-long drought, I knew I needed to pull out the good china for this one.

I'm so stocked to be getting back into training with @6w2s_paddington after lots of yoga, runs and surf over the holidays. @blakeworrallthompson asked us all what our number 1 intention is for this round, and I had to take a second to think about it..I probably shouldn't go much lower with my body fat, and I also don't necessarily want to increase muscle mass all too much..So I guess rather than physique goals, this time around I want to focus on specific performance goals! I STILL can't do a freaking proper pull up (chin ups have gotten sooo much better but pulls ups hell no), so that's my number 1 goal 👊🏻 One. Good. Pull Up. 💪🏻 Surely that's possible..Apart from that, I'm running a ½ marathon in May so I just want to make sure I'm giving my 150% during all the cardio sessions and adding longer runs on the weekend 🏃🏼 Ready, set, go! #6w2s#fitnessgoals#rushcuttersbay // 📸 @sarahjwise
