The mental game can be tough. My mind told me I couldn’t land a box jump above my hips. I almost cried in fear. Then - I did it! Do hard things!
P.s. Box jumps are a legit addition to your workout. Beginning, middle or end of your workout - they’ll rock ya body!
When everything else is progressing except squat 🙄 100kg for the grindiest double of my life...anyone else feel like one lift stalls while other lifts progress?? Probably doesn’t help that I’m biased, but we all have our favorites am I right? 🤷🏻♀️
