Working at a juice bar has sparked my interest in learning more about nutrition. I’m no expert by any means, but I’ve altered my food intake since starting there *about a year ago*. A piece of the puzzle on the journey to better myself, I believe, is knowing my body and the sciences behind the food I consume. I’ve been given the opportunity to learn more about this through my job but have been able to implement what I’ve learned into my lifestyle habits. I have access to fresh fruit and vegetables, and so many different proteins and bcaas. My body is thanking me for all the fresh juice and protein shakes it gets ❤️🌿
