Ok this one was pretty hard for me, I definitely paused a few times, but I got through it! I just pushed myself through and knew I would feel good in the end! That’s what it’s all about right?! 💪🏻 #bbg
When you catch that “just right” lighting in the gym that shows off all the hard work 🙌🏻 I’m finally back to deadlifting, and I was really happy to hit 315 for 2 and then do some working sets of 8 at 225. Goal by the end of 2018? Deadlift >400lbs with beautiful form.
