Happy Monday, friends! Here’s #TNBWellnessMondays Tip # 13 🎉We’ve all felt that pang of disappointment when you open a box of greens you bought just days ago and they’re already mushy and gross, destined for the compost bin. 🌱 To keep boxed greens fresher longer, place a dry paper towel on top of the greens when you bring them home from the store - it will absorb the condensation that forms in the box, keeping the greens dry and preventing them from wilting.
I always keep greens in my fridge for smoothies (see tip # 7), salads, for topping sandwiches and tartines, and wilting into soups and stews, so this trick is one of my favorites! 👌🏼
