~ mini-picnic ~
Love an impromptu picnic 😍 Luckily I finally baked some long-overdue banana bread last night, & since I had SO many very brown bananas, I made enough for some muffins too! Perfect picnic fodder.
I added some flaxseeds/linseeds for their amazing nutrients, including omega 3s, & lignans which are great for balancing female hormones. I also added some cocoa to the muffin mix, for some added chocolatey-ness! 😆
