What to make for my hubby's birthday? How about my ginger/orange chocolate frosted gluten free & vegan cupcakes... with a twist! That's right, Hostess-style (Faux-stess?) cupcakes with homemade vegan marshmallow fluff inside! Or as I like to call them FROST-ess... since I still frosted them but also put fluff in the middle! :)⠀

Some weekends are super productive, and some are just filled with snuggles and lollipops ☺️. On another note, we got “Alexa” for Christmas and even the kids are asking her to play songs. Still figuring out all her other features but so far she’s been a fun addition to the fam!

Prep your food to save time during the day and take it the “what’s for dinner” guess work! 👉🏼
Wash, soak and cut all of your fruits and veggies. After they’ve dried, store them in containers in the refrigerator so they are ready to grab! 👉🏼
Portion your spinach, store it in individual baggies. Freeze half and refrigerate half. This way you’ll use it all before it goes bad AND frozen spinach blends into shakes much nicer! 👉🏼
Fully prepare a couple of meals so that they only have to be warmed before eating. Cuts down on time later! ...

Because sometimes after a long day of momming, you still need a little help to calm your mind and get a restful nights sleep without feeling groggy in the morning. Wasn’t it just yesterday that I was pregnant with two tiny babies and setting up cribs in their nursery? Fast forward almost 3 years and I’m building a bunk bed for these two crazies!
In the past month, they’ve become such big kids. No more high chairs. No more diapers during the day. They dress themselves and feed themselves and here I am like, “wait, you’re not old enough for all of this!” 😭 It sure is bittersweet watching them grow 💕
Finished food prepping for the week, just in time for the game! 🙌🏽💛💜 Love the recipe I’m getting from this meal plan! It’s also stretching me outside my comfort zone with food. Roasting a butternut squash for these parfaits was a first👍🏼 This will be one of my preworkout meals for #week2 ! .

This first phase is all about building muscle and increasing metabolism to maximize progress in the phases to come. It’s been great working with loops, sliders and free weights. What I love the most is every move targets multiple muscle groups at a one time. The workouts are longer and challenging so I feel like I am accomplishing more daily and each daily we are pushed, motivated and encouraged by Super Trainer @autumncalabrese.
The soreness is real.
The concentrated focus on restoring weaker muscles make me feel like it is a factory reset of your total strength.
Ending each week with a foam rolling sesh = THE BEST
