Look at this beauty having breakfast! After the Thursday storm it is again quiet in Amsterdam. We are preparing for our trip to South Africa and went to our local Zoo to see some amazing animals living here. I can’t say I enjoy seeing wild animals in captivity but I am also aware of the great work Dutch zoos do in conservation and protecting endangered species.
Morning play ❤️ ... I feel like I’m finally coming out of the holiday fog and things are getting back to normal around here. ... I have realized while prepping for the holiday, I relied on netflix a bit too much to keep my littles entertained - so I’ve been making a conscious effort to set up a morning activity for the littles the night before instead of turning on the tv first thing in the morning - a little thought and effort go much farther for me in the evening than in the morning, pre coffee! And everything is all set to go upon waking ... we have as many books, crafts & toys as Santa’s Sleigh around here - so my evening efforts are almost effortless. This morning the littles (ages 3 & 1) both played with these blocks from Target - simple set up & the littles were entertained while I cooked breakfast and drank H O T coffee! The blocks actually held the littles’ attention much longer than any show & they played together which always makes my heart so happy ❤️ ... follow along with me for morning activity ideas and please share your own ideas with us! #bossytutu
