ONE OF THE SAFEST EXERCISE YOU CAN DO!
These are a bit underrated but trap bar deadlifts work just about the same muscles as deadlifts but the work is done more on the quads.
The trap bar can be very helpful if you are looking to move away from regular deadlifts or squats. Usually if you avoiding serious stress on the lower back and don't have much flexibility in the hamstrings.The trap bar is more safer and can still allow for you to build on mass, power and strength while allowing more weight to be lifted. Motion is the same as deadlifts except you have more of a chance to sit down in position and use more force from your hips. This move still act as a full body exercise so you will get more bang for your buck. If you lucky to have a trapbar, try them and see how they go for.
