Warming up after a cold afternoon run with #BoneBroth based mushroom and onion soup. 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️ Here’s how we made it:
-sauté a sliced onion and some sliced
mushrooms until soft, with a few rosemary leaves if you have them
-add to a pot of beef bone broth (we used @brodo)
-grate about a half inch of fresh ginger right into the pot
-make a crouton: take a half a piece of toasted #glutenfree bread, add a slice of cheese, broil until starting to turn brown in spots, top with a handful of #microgreens (we used @goodwaterfarms)
