I told @emberandvine we were doing “burnt ends” for dinner tonight, I just didn’t specify from which animal, or if any animals were involved at all. This is tofu, smoked then finished tossed in cast iron with some teriyaki style sauce! 😂😂
I’m making up for the last several weeks when he foiled my plans to do a #MeatlessMonday dinner. Granted tonight is Wednesday. However, this is the third day in a row with vegetarian dinners on the menu!
