ITS FRIDAAYYYY BABY‼️‼️ That’s usually arm day for us so here’s a little exercise we like to throw into our arm day routine 💪🏽 - Some people have trouble getting the best squeeze when hitting arms, here’s a variation that can aid with that.
- Do a half rep (about 90 degrees for the arm angle) with both arms and then precede to finish the rep individually. - This will help tremendously with squeezing and focusing on the biceps separately.
Guys - I like to keep it at a 10-12 rep range for 4-5 sets
Ladies - don’t be afraid to hit these babies, guys love nice arms on you guys too 😉😏 perform them in a 12-15 rep range and you’ll for sure feel a burn‼️
