What a difference a year can make. The picture on the left was me just getting started with my nutrition plan. All I knew was I saw someone on Instagram getting some sick results with an amazing life style and I said I want that. I went and found my coach Martinika Edwards and decided I was all in. I got started with my plan and I decided to do the business part time. I just knew it was going to work. If it worked for her why not me. Then I began helping my friends and family while I got my results. It just made so much sense. I never doubted it. It was very easy and it worked. Still today I do this business with pride. There are so many people out here suffering with health issues and I want to put an end to it. If you want to rock out with me and get some results inbox me and let’s do it. Now is a really good time because that’s all we have. I love herbalife. It has helped me physically and mentally. I have the best community ever. Whenever they see me down they call me. They check on me. They care and I want to share that with you. I’m proud to be apart of such an amazing & positive community.

Before Isagenix, I was unhappy with my physique and my lack of muscle. I didn’t even feel comfortable wearing short sleeve tops. Even though I would stand tall, my self confidence was low and this restricted me in certain situations where I could be judged on my appearance.
I was introduced to isagenix by my mom, Mo and since I started using the products about 4 months ago, I have already gained over 6kg of lean muscle. Even though I’m still on my journey and I’m not yet Mr Olympia, my confidence has already increased and I’m feel more comfortable in my own self. ---------- Want to find out more then let's have a chat 😉
Most of you know that before you could find me in a gym, you would find me in the dance studio. 💃
Starting at the age of 8, I began taking ballet and jazz dance classes. I continued all throughout my childhood and even went to a performing and fine arts academy @natomas.charter.school 🤩
By the time I hit senior year I was dancing up to 6hrs a day! After high school I went on to college and continued dancing. My plan at first was to eventually teach dance so I got my minor on dance/kinesiology at @boisestateuniversity 🐴
With dance as my background, core, endurance and flexibility are at the root of all my exercises I teach my clients. If you’ve even been interested in learning more dance technique, I can incorporate that into your training as well! 💪🏻
