Day 17✅ Ive simply not posted anything because I’ve been putting my time and effort into my training...Ive made sure this week I’ve been targeting my abdominals and making sure my nutrition is on point and I can now see the core workouts I’ve been doing are massively starting to appear...I’m well impressed with what this Gymshark transformation program has done for me not just my physical appearance but my confidence. Man I miss being in college where I had time to train legs for 1.5-2 hours 😭 like I can’t have a 20 minute hype session, take 30 minutes doing deadlifts, get in all my accessory work, AND make it to work on time. I’m not a magic fairy who can control time I WISH I WAS THOUGH HOW FUN WOULD THAT BE!? I guess I’ll have to go back to two leg days a week 🍑

This was my favourite super set from Monday’s back and legs day!
It went as follows:
🔸Bulgarian Split Squats x10/leg
🔸1 Arm Dumbbell Rows x10/arm
All repeated x3!
Something I was to stress with Bulgarian split Squats is the importance of “sitting back” into the movement, rather than shooting your knee forward. Not only will it save your knees, but you’ll notice the movement is felt more in the hamstrings/glutes.
